Realis Estates has submitted a planning application for the refurbishment of the entrance and ground floor lobby of Blackburn House in Stoke-on-Trent city centre, which will transform the space to create a stylish entranceway with a sleek, modern design.
Blackburn House provides circa 100,000 sq ft of flexible office space and is currently let for Government Offices and to B&M Limited.
Duncan Mathieson, Managing Director of Realis Estates said: “Blackburn House is an prominent building in the south of the City Centre and is surrounded by a host of regeneration projects including the new City Centre Bus Station and CBD as well as our own plans for Parliament Row and the old bus station and East West Centre. With so much activity nearby, we want to improve the building’s communal areas in order to fit in with the new vision for the city centre and also to ensure it remains appealing to our existing and future tenants.”
