Earlier this month, Realis Estates were proud and privileged to present to our nominated charity; Acorns Children’s Hospice, a cheque for £10,558.00.
Duncan Mathieson; Managing Director, together with Robert Taylor; Director and Sallyanne Tyler made the presentation to Charlotte Anson, representing Acorns, after an informative and very interesting visit to the hospice.
Monies were raised following an exceptionally successful evening that we hosted, in conjunction with Aston Villa Football Club at The Glee Club in Birmingham earlier on in the year.
Acorns is a centre that offers round the clock care and support for children and young people with a life threatening or life limiting conditions and we are delighted to have raised this amount of money for such a wonderful cause. The evening was a delight to organise and a lot of hard work was put into ensuring the night was a success. We also received the dedicated support from Acorns’ volunteers on the evening and it was a brilliant event to host.
Again, we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who joined us and those that sponsored the event and to those also that provided the much sought after raffle prizes.
