A 55 acre landfill site next to George Best Belfast City Airport carried out as a joint venture with AXA REIM.  The scheme incorporates IKEA, J Sainsbury, B&Q and 150,000 sq ft Retail Park which also includes a 4 unit restaurant terrace.  The scheme totals over 640,000 sq ft, one of the largest retail parks in the UK.  Following AXA REIM acquiring 100% of the interest, Realis Estates have continued to Asset Manage the scheme on their behalf
