Educated at one of Kent’s leading Grammar Schools, Mark later graduated at The University of Liverpool with a construction management degree.

With now over 20 years experience in both the consultancy and contracting sides of the property industry, and with significant experience of management forms of contract, Mark has a key understanding of fast-track developments allied with the flexibility to manage change whilst realising budgetary and programme constraints. Importantly Mark has the ability to recognise value and to make the decisions necessary to pursue and achieve it.

A professionally qualified project manager and facilitator, Mark has a particular interest in project/team set-up and strategy implementation including the application of Earned Value Analysis and Whole Life Cost techniques. Mark is an experienced Risk and Value Management specialist who has lectured on both topics at The University of Liverpool. Mark is currently Chair of the Liverpool Centre of The Chartered Insitute of Building.
