Realis Estates has secured a new independent charcuterie restaurant and deli to occupy a unit at 516 Wilbraham Road in Chorlton-Cum-Hardy, Manchester on a new 15-year lease to Charcuterie Limited at a rent of £24,000.
Since purchasing the prominent Victorian property in summer 2014, Realis has implemented an extensive regeneration programme creating a 1,000 sq ft unit on ground floor and a separate apartment on the upper floors. The apartment was sold earlier this year (2015) for an undisclosed sum.
Work to fit out the unit in a rustic continental style is due to start imminently and the charcuterie is expected to open at the beginning of May.
