Realis Estates will be holding a public exhibition from 8th – 10th September to give the people of Stoke-on-Trent the chance to find out more about Unity Walk and give feedback on its plans for a new 370,000 sq ft retail-led development on the site of the East West Centre and old bus station.
The exhibition will take place in the old Cheque Centre unit, 24/26 Old Hall Street and will be open at the following times:
Thursday 8 September: 12pm – 8pm
Friday 9 September: 8am – 6pm
Saturday 10 September: 10am – 4pm
As well as being able to view the plans, locals will have the opportunity to talk to members of the Realis Estates team and its specialist advisors including architects, environmental advisors and planning consultants.
Realis Estates has also launched a new website www.unitywalk.co.uk which has details of the exhibition and its proposals. Further information and a feedback form will be added to the site on the day the exhibition opens (08 September) to allow people who aren’t able to attend to review the plans and provide their feedback online.
Duncan Mathieson, Managing Director of Realis Estates said: “We have been working incredibly hard to progress Unity Walk to this point and are delighted that we will finally be able to share our vision with the people of Stoke-on-Trent.
“I would like to encourage people to come along, look at our plans and ask any questions they have in order that we can ensure we deliver a scheme that is right for the City. We look forward to seeing as many people as possible there.”
